It is autumn of 2022. The leaves of the trees of Lund have turned red and are dropping. In Lund Botanical Garden the summer flowers only remain as a husk and the needles of the pines have changed into a fire color.
On this autumn day two people brought their cat to the garden. The cats dashed from tree to tree through the autumn leaves and played.
In a pond in the garden there were bundles of flowers floating. This was explained as an Indian festival. Underneath the flowers there were goldfish who curiously inspected any flower petals that parted ways with their flower. Two magpies were standing by the edge of the water to grab some small pieces of floating bread, and up on a tree there was a gray heron looking over the pond.
Near that pond was also a plantation of colorful flowers which bumblebees still collected pollen from. Furthermore, in front of the greenhouse people had decorated pumpkins and potatoes for Halloween. The pond in front of the greenhouse had Japanese maple leaves floating around in it and Japanese koi fish swimming underneath.
